Every single one of our sessions is a private one-on-one session built around the results of your Initial Assessment. I do not do generic one-size-fits-all or pre-planned workouts.
“The Injury Recovery Lab” is for you if you:

We’ll target flexibility and Range of Motion with the scientifically proven method of Fascial Stretch Therapy. Each low impact, full body session is designed to:

- Retrain and redevelop muscle memory

Knowing some of my past experiences, she really took the time to get to know me, work with my trainer on exercises that could be leading to more strain, and identify a pathway to improve. She was soft and very verbal in her approach, explaining all of the different exercises while easing me into it.
