If your brain is running laps around your head and trying to figure out how you’re going to stock up the pantry, work from home, manage home schooling, maintain a normal relationship with your spouse and kiddos in constant close quarters, and whether or not you just stuck a pen in your mouth on accident, I hear you and I am right there with you.
To combat the stress and anxiety surrounding the current situation, I’d like to invite you to join me for a 30 minute anti-anxiety guided stretch class, where we can press pause on the brain and allow our systems to rest for a bit.
This is not yoga or Pilates, no mat or equipment required.
All you need is a space where you can lie down on the floor. You might want something soft like a mat, a towel, blanket but it’s not necessary. (If you want, you can even do this session from your bed!)
No experience or specific level of physical fitness required!
All humans and four legged friends welcome!
