At the beginning of the pandemic lockdown I started listening to Rubecca’s guided morning stretch sequence in my bed nearly everyday. I am always looking for simple ways I can take better care of my body and my well-being. I love starting my day with these stretches. I have listened to it so much that now I don’t need the recording anymore so I put on a song that feels nice and stretch. I went back to the chiropractor recently for the first time in a year and he said my hips were in pretty good shape which have been a regular problem in the past for me. I want to share my experience with this simple morning stretch. I immediately noticed that my feet felt better when I got up. My feet had been tight and it hurt to walk at first each day.
