Hey friends! I hope you’re enjoying this awesome warm weather and getting lots of vitamin d. 🙂
In light of the recent stay-at-home extensions by Jeffco and Denver, in-person sessions at the studio will be unavailable until those extensions are lifted. I am still offering Pilates and Stretch sessions over zoom, which has been a lot of fun. Seeing all of the pets video bombing sessions is the best!
As a general FYI, Pilates will follow the rules of personal training and Stretch Therapy will follow the rules of massage, so we may be back in studio for Pilates sooner than Stretch Therapy.
Luckily, as a boutique studio, we’re already set up for private on-on-one sessions and all of the cleaning protocol was already taking place, so pretty much no changes there! There has been a lot of discussion in the yoga, Pilates and Stretch world regarding how to safely provide sessions and I’ve been keeping up on all of the latest updates as they come out.
Weekly Pilates Sessions for RRCC Employee Wellness will continue as usual via Zoom. 🙂
In the meantime, to help keep your active bodies safe in their movements, I’ve been working on vlogs, video blogs discussing various aspects related to fitness, Pilates, Yoga, Stretch, exercise and posture. Enjoy this week’s posts on How to Choose a Great Online Fitness Instructor and Pain, Pressure or Fatigue: What’s really going on during your workout and should you really push through the pain?
Take care of yourselves! Thank you for all of the support and I cannot wait to see you in person.
