Do you ever feel like your body just can’t do all of the things you want or need it to do? Maybe it’s a dull ache in your low back that limits your hikes or keeps you from really jumping in and playing with the kids. Maybe it’s chronic IT band tightness that slows your runs. Maybe it’s constantly irritated trigger points that make sitting uncomfortable or extreme tightness that limits your range when lifting weights. Maybe you’re just starting out on your fitness journey and the exhaustion and fatigue are killing you.
With our Pilates Package, I can help you improve the way your body moves and functions. We’ll start with an Initial Assessment ($85 investment) and get super clear on where you are physically. From there, we’ll create a plan to strengthen, lengthen and restore where needed.
The Pilates Package is for you if you can check yes to two or more items on this list:
- Your balance sucks
- You cut your current workouts short because of aches, pain or irritation during movement
- You have recurring aches, pains or irritation from old injuries
- You keep racking up new injuries

In The Pilates Package, we’ll use Mat, Equipment and Standing Pilates to rebuild the body’s core foundation and retrain postural habits. Each low impact, full body session is designed to:
- Improve and retrain posture
- Develop and improve core strength
- Improve muscle imbalances from front to back and right to left
- Lengthen and strengthen the muscles
- Improve range of motion
- Increase flexibility
- Improve balance and proprioception (the body’s awareness of itself in space)
Rubecca is such an incredible teacher! As a newbie to Pilates, I was a little nervous going in, but no need! Rubecca not only fully explained the how and why behind everything we were doing, she also had the most gentle, encouraging approach. I never once felt lost or dumb or incapable. Initial Assessment: We’ll start with an initial assessment, where we’ll go over your current activities, what’s working, what’s not, assess your overall core strength and current range of motion.
Personalized Plan of Action: Based on the results of your initial assessment, we’ll create a plan to strengthen, lengthen and restore muscles where needed as well as target balance, Range Of Motion and flexibility.
6 Private 50-min Sessions with a certified Pilates Instructor: Each session is comprised of a customized 50 minute, full body, low impact workout.
Multiple Pilates Methods: Each session will combine Mat, Equipment and Standing Pilates to get you the best results where you need it most.
Priority Booking: We’ll pre-book all six of your sessions, so you get the time you need without the headache of booking each session individually.
Rubecca is amazing! I started the program with no balance, no strength, and recovering from a knee injury. I was hesitant because I felt I had limited mobility and had never done Pilates before.
